Whole Sale purchasing options are for approved vendors only.
Terms of Sale
New Account - Opening orders must be prepaid online. Net 15 days for approved accounts only. Terms are privilege extended on a limited basis. Accounts with balances due past 30 days will be placed on hold and subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month. No merchandise will be delivered to a past due account. Accounts with consistent past due history will be placed on pre-payment terms. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks. No COD shipments.
Minimum Order - 3 cases minimum.
Returns - Pre-authorization within 5 working days of receipt of shipment is required. Orders canceled or refused after ship date subject to freight and re-stocking charges.
Sampling - Funky Beans encourages sampling and will be happy to assist you with a testing program.
Shipping - Wei’s Funky Beans, California. Merchandise will be shipped FedEx Ground unless Overnight, Second Day or Third Day is requested. USPS is also available upon request. Orders over 350 lbs. will be shipped via common carrier with the best quoted price. All cartons are packed securely for shipment in UPS-approved shipping containers. Wei’s Funky Beans is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during shipment. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and notify the carrier within 5 days to file a claim. Please save all original packing materials.
Shelf Life - Under normal conditions, unopened products have a shelf-life of 24 months. Avoid hear and direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. We guarantee our products are made of the highest-quality, all-natural ingredients. No preservatives added.
